Hi
they are many website to find friend in Paris
but the best and natural way it is for example to go to school, french lessons for example ! or whatever you like !

many people join expat clubs, go to expat gatherings, or do language excchanges to meet new people, you can visit http://expatfrance.wordpress.com/language-exchange - people list exchange lessons here, seems to be popular
