Hi,
I am in Cologne, Germany and planning to visit Paris in start of November on weekend.
Would it be good time to visit Paris or it will be too cold?

Paris is lovely in November. I think the best times to visit Paris is either Spring or Autumn, and avoid the pressing heat and crowds of tourists of Summer.

Instead of cold, you'll probably have more chance of rain, but then there's so much to see and do indoors, that rain doesn't need to spoil your trip. If it starts to rain, you just nip into the next metro and spend an hour or two in one of the fabulous museums until it clears up.

Just dress warmly, and bring an umbrella - but same goes for Cologne anyway!

It's a good time to go.
Winter isn't great because it's about 5c and raining, but in November it's still nice out.
I hope you speak french, it will make it easier for you as it would if I were in Germany
