JupiterResearch currently has openings for an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager in their Paris offices. This candidate will be responsible for selling JupiterResearch products within assigned territories (Benelux & Switzerland) and/or to assigned accounts. He/she will conduct prospecting activities to generate new business. He/she will be responsible for achieving new business sales quotas and hitting prospect targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Generate and pursue new leads; conduct prospecting activities such as cold-calling and networking
Close sales to attain and exceed new business quota goals
Sell all services and products offered by JupiterResearch
Negotiate new contracts
Conduct calls and meetings with clients to maintain relationship and ensure satisfaction and product usage
Coordinate client activities with Client Services
Maintain all activity and account status records in Pipeline system and via Order Forms
Participate in monthly Plan & Review ("P&R") meetings with Client Services and Sales Director to review all accounts, prospects and outstanding invoices
Respond to all data and information requests as needed
Adhere to pricing and selling policies and guidelines
Faithfully maintain product and company knowledge
Ensure customers honor payment plans

Requirements:
At least 5 years experience selling consulting services, or selling within the market research arena
At least a Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Must have a willingness and a drive to generate new business, follow up with prospective clients, establish account relationships with clients, and close business
Ability to negotiate
Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Ability to negotiate
Exemplary customer service and relationship building skills
Mastery of sales skills and ability to grow assigned territory
Ability to articulate and effectively present information, and to respond to questions from customers and the general public
Ability to effectively multi-task and continuously re-prioritize as new issues develop
Knowledge of research business
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; work well in-group problem solving situations
Ability to travel throughout a given geographical territory, calling on prospective clients in person
