Main Purpose of the Role:

Leading and advancing the game coder group to code an innovative and exciting RTS game. One of the key positions to influence game development via interaction with all participating groups.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a group of game coders in an AAA project.
Work alongside with the server engine group, artists, designers and the Development Director.
Report to the Technical Director.
Execute together with Development Direction.
Skills and Knowledge Required:

BA in informatics or maths (or similar).
Strong C++ and MS Visual Studio 2005.
Strong maths skills.
Ability to incorporate into an existing code.
Ability to perform under pressure when necessary to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and habit.
Very good English skills.
Knowledge about scheduling a team with MSProject a plus.
Experience Required:

At least two shipped games.
Several years experience in game industry.
Experienced in leading a group of engineers.
Development experience of RTS games a plus.
Behaviours/Competencies:

Highly organized and self-motivated.
Genuine interest in playing RTS/RPG games.
Strong team player.
Assertiveness.
