The agency is growing fast on the international stage and to meet its clients’ needs, The Roxane Company is recruiting a:
BILINGUAL COMMUNITY MANAGER (Native English speaker & fluent in French only)
This is a permanent position (CDI contract), based in the North Western suburbs of Paris (Levallois – Perret) - 30-35K€ a year, available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Create social media recommendations and establishing action plans for our clients
- Monitor our clients' online reputation and manage online crisis reputation
- Create, manage, engage online communities (forums, blogs, mini websites, social networks) and be responsible for customer support in those areas
- Contribute to growing The Roxane Company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant tools
- Provide reports on metrics and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Skills needed:
- Native English speaker & fluent in French
- Passionate about web culture & social media
- Attention to detail
- Be proactive, creative, and able to work individually as well as work part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively in English & French, in both written and oral forms
- Experience in Community Management (preferred)
- Experience in PR and WebPR (preferred)
