Finding a job in Paris is probably one of the hardest things to do, especially considering the unemployment rate in France...
It is so great, that all available jobs go to the native French people.
So unless you speak fluent French your chances of getting any job position are minimal... only if you are some kind of genius in your domain you will get a job.
Also Anglo-phones are more likely to succeed in getting a job in an international environment...

There are shortages telecommunications and high-tech sectors as well as hotel and restaurant work. English-language teachers and bilingual secretaries are also in great demand.
