Some tips to beat high blood pressure effectively:
Do exercise regularly,
Do reduce weight,
Do eat whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products more in your diet,
Do reduce the amount of sodium in your diet plans,
Do avoid or limit alcohol,
Do cut back on smoking and caffeine,
Do control your stress,
Do monitor your blood pressure.

This tips will really help to lower down the intensity of problem
to some extent.
