My wife and I are looking for a furnished apartment for six months beginning March or April 2011. No elevator is OK if no higher than 3rd floor. We like 7e or 4e but are flexible as long as safe, transportation nearby, nice area to walk in, subway relatively close. We have a 15 lb. terrier who is house trained. We are retired from Texas and just love the city. Prefer washer and dryer be provided. Flexible on budget but would like to stay under 1300EUR per month for rent. Understood that utilities are additional. Thanks for any replies.

Hi, have you found somewhere yet - I have a 2 room apartment in the 11th arrondissement near 3 metro lines, great food shopping area, 6th floor WITH a lift. Lovely traditional features, WIFI, free landline calls, 1100€ per month charges included, bills on top. Dog welcome. I will be in the same building so available for advice, recommendations for restaurants etc in the area.

Is your apartment in the 11th available again soon as I would like to rent it also.
