I am interested in renting rooms to female students who are in need of housing. I have a beautiful Victorian Home in the City of Everett MA., which is only 15 minutes from Boston. The house is located in front of two main bus lines. The home can accommodate 2 students per room for a total of 10 students.
This beautiful home offers a laundry facility, kitchen facility, family room, library and formal living room with a cozy fireplace. Extra Amenities include public transportation, community recreation center, local shopping stores and a safe community. In addition there is going to be a house manager available to assist with any needs that may arise.
Rent: $800.00 Month Includes
Utilities (gas, water, heat electricity)
Furnished Room (Twin Size Beds, Dressers and Closets in each room)
Washing Machine Dryer
Kitchen Facility
Student Responsible for:
Own Toiletries
Bedding Accessories (twin size beds)
Towels
Room Maintenance
Personal cooking (meal purchase)
Requirement:
Security deposit ($800.00)
School Acceptance Letter
3 Character Reference Check ( 1 personal and 2 professional)
