This 40 m2 (450 sqm) 1 bedroom appartment sleeps 2 to 4 (large bed + couch). It is located in the beautiful Breteuil/Invalides area, close to the Eiffel Tower in a 1956 building. It is only a few minutes away from Montparnasse and Quartier Latin by subway. There are three subway stations and numerous buses in the area.


The apartment is located on the eight floor and full of light. It has a stunning view on the Eiffel Tower from feet to top and balconies all along the apartment on the east and west side. Dining out is possible.

The apartment has been renovated in december 2005. It has a flat TV screen, a
wifi connection, a DVD player and a stereo. Telephone is free in France and
international calls are accessible by card. The kitchen is well equipped (dish
washer, washer/dryer, all kitchen ustensiles, etc.). Linens are provided. There
is of course an elevator and security is high.
