Located between St Germain and Montparnasse, the neighborhood is very fashionable and active, even in August, with lots of trendy stores and food stores. Lots of buses and 3 metro lines near by.
It is on the 6th floor with elevator, between a large courtyard and a large garden with lots of trees and a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Dme des Invalides. Very quiet. Sunny. Balcony to the West.
Tastefully furnished. There is a living room, one bedroom for a couple or a single person (twin beds), and a 3rd small room which is a study with a large desk.
All modern amenities and comfort. Complete kitchen equipment.
Washing machine, dishwasher. Bathtub with shower.Linen, towels, etc.
TV, VCR-DVD, Wi-Fi/fast-Internet.
No pets, no smoking.
