General description of the apartment:
Well-equipped kitchen (with washing machine), dining room, bright living room, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom. In the 4th floor of a charming Parisian-style building with an elevator.

Description of the room:
Bright, spacious (17m2) and fully furnished. Includes a large bed, desk, armoire, chest with drawers, chairs, etc.

Rental fees:
900 euros/month + 900 euros deposit.
Monthly rent includes charges, electricity gas, central heating, fix phone line with free calls to many destinations (Europe, Asia, US, Canada, etc.), unlimited internet access, and cable TV.
