Hello, my name is Oxana, I am wishing to rent my nice small appartment (30 m3) from 18.06.2007 till 15.07.2007, located in a very pleasant and safe area of Paris, not far from the famous quartier Montparnasse (rue villa d'Alsia PARIS 75014). It sleeps 3 persons comfortably : 2 in the sofa bed and 1 in a chair-bed. It also has everything you need : linen, equipped kitchen, washing mashine, TV, refrigerator, bathroom, toilets, etc.

You will find nearby a lot of shops, restaurants, bus stops and an access to metro (line 4).

Price per week : 400 euros. Min stay 1 week - deposit 400 euros.
