Comfortable room in a comfortable setting with everything you need.
Available now till 1 September (absolute last day to move out) for 450 euros / month, all charges included.

In the house:
laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen, shared with another flatmate and the (very nice) owner of the apartment. we speak French/German/English in this house.
In the building:
elevator!
In the neighborhood :
everything (good bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, ethnic grocers, swimming pools)
