I'm a student at the American University of Paris who's working in Serbia this summer, so I'm looking to rent my great, newly renovated studio on the first floor (2nd floor in the States) of a beautiful building. Approximately, 20 square meters, includes a land line phone and free calling to the States (and many other countries, landlines only), a PC with high speed internet, cable TV, a stereo/CD player, private bathroom (with the best shower I've ever used), and a kitchenette with hotplates, a fridge and a microwave/toaster oven. Towels and linens included.

The neighborhood is great too. Essentially equidistant from Mtro Ternes, Courcelles (both line 2), Pereire (line 3) and the 92 bus, which goes into the seventh, near the Eiffel Tower. Just a seven minute walk from l'Arc de Triomphe and Mtro line one. Near several boulangeries (bakeries), a laundry mat, many grocery stores, an excellent daily street market just down the street, and a five minute walk from Parc Monceau.
