First a little bit about me:

I am a recent Masters graduate from a reputed school in Paris and have just started working here in Paris. I have studied in the US and 3 years in Paris in the fields of law and economics. I really enjoy living in Paris and in my area. I am non-smoker and the apartment is non-smoking.

Rental Period

I am looking for someone short-term and long-term

Short-term: maybe just august starting August 1st to the end of August.

1000 for the month of August

600 for two weeks

350 for a week

Long-term: generally the upcoming school year, Can start in August or September and continue to June or longer. (900 a month)

I do not mind living with another student as I was recently one myself or an international student abroad. I also have a laser printer that you can use to print out your papers, since it can be hassle to get it printed in the computer lab right before class.

Electricity/EDF, insurance, internet access is all included in the price, no surprises.

There is also the possibility to pay in US dollars if that is simpler for you.
