I'm new to this city..so it would be really helpful if anyone can help me find virtual service providers..i'm interested in buying a HK number and want to forward all calls on that to my France number

You should probably be lookin in the expat or some other forum for this question of yours..but nevertheless i would suggest you take a look at this provider called virtualglobalphone..Lots of people around here use it from them and seem to be pretty happy about it with the affordability and voice clarity..
