Our plundering big wigs must not forget that devolution of education to provinces of a nation is equal to devolution of faith to the provinces. The already devolved ‘Lower Education’ to provinces has shown the devastation, so our gangster political lot must not destroy, what the little our Higher Education Commission (HEC) has achieved thus far in our country. Our plundering political pundits must remember, what is the state of affairs of education in the provinces?
