I'd prefer Art Up Kaffe, next to the embassy of Israel, at 17 rue Jean Mermoz (Arr 8) Metro: Franklin D. Roosevelt.

The only Kosher restaurants I know in Paris are La Regatta, Le Petit Pelleport, Kitchen Paris, Plaza and Darima. Actually, I am not from France, but I am spending my vacation in Paris, France.

i have friends in Paris, and they shared with me a couple of good kosher restaurants. If you are looking for a delectable menu, quality prices, and good service then the recommended kosher restaurants are: Kavod fronting Champ Elysees and Au Grand Mechant Louvre very near the Louvre museum. My friends told me that the food they serve is really value for money and it's koshered so it fits right to the restaurants that you are looking for. Hope that helps!
