Charming 1 BR apt located in Montparnasse, on the edge of the 6th arrondissement. Available on a weekly or monthly basis from July 13 until August 15, 2007.

Situated on the second floor of an 18th-century building, this attractive 40m2 apartment has a living room with a sofa bed; a bedroom with a large bed; a dining area with a bistro table; a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a microwave oven, a small regular oven as well as a washing machine; a bathroom with bath and shower; and a stereo, TV with cable, and wireless internet.

Lots of Parisian charm: old wooden beams and red brick tiles. Lots of light. Simple but tasteful furniture.

Incredibly convenient location: The apartment is located 50 meters from the closest Metro stop (Edgar Quinet, line 6), 100 meters from Montparnasse metro (lines 4, 12, and 13), and two minutes from a range of bus lines, allowing you to get anywhere in Paris very quickly.

But why leave the neighborhood? The apartment is a short 10-minute walk to the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg. Open-air market on blvd Edgar Quinet twice per week. A huge variety of stores, restaurants, cinemas, and supermarkets all within five minutes walk.

Towels and linens are provided, of course. Cable television and wireless internet subscription is also included.
