DBT Translations is a Translation Agency. What we do is receive work from you for whatever language and subject field you need, review the size, present it to an available translator, negotiate a rate on a one-to-one basis, and have the work done in the quickest but most professionally sound time possible. In most cases, the translation is provided to a proof-reader who will double check the translation. Every human misses small errors, so this is a quality assurance check-point. The client is always kept updated on the progress as the agency is kept up to date by the translator. Any problems or misunderstandings in the text are dealt with as a higher priority than a general "Everything is fine", so speed and delivery time are top priority.
The difference between DBT Translations and the majority of other agencies, is that we offer our translators 25% up-front. This does not present a cash-flow problem, since we ask the client to pay 10% upfront, if possible, to confirm the translation. Many times, clients cancel or change orders, which unless in exceptional circumstances, is not acceptable. Our translators help each other by providing the agency with clients needing language pairs that the particular translator who found the job may not specialise in, thus helping a fellow translator.
It is this business ethic which differentiates us to other run of the mill agencies and gives you the peace of mind in knowing that a well respected translator is a productive one.

Nous recevons votre demande dans nimporte quelle langue et avec nimporte quel sujet, vrifions la taille, prsentons le texte lun de nos traducteurs, ngocions un prix, et faisons traduire le texte dans les plus brefs dlais, et dans un temps qui est professionnellement correct. Dans la plupart des cas, la traduction est relue par quelquun qui verifie quelle est bien crite, sans erreur. Nous vous tiendrons au courant quand le traducteur nous donnera une mise jour sur leur progression. Sil y a un probleme avec le texte original, nous vous contactons durgence pour vous faire part que tout va bien.
La diffrence entre DBT Translation et la plupart des autres agences de traduction est que nous offrons nos traducteurs un acompte dune valeur de 25%. Cela ne nous pose pas de problme, puisque nous demandons 10% dacompte pour confirmer la commande, si possible, car il arrive souvent quun client annule la commande de traduction, part des occasions uniques. Nos traducteurs font appel nous, lorsque des clients potentiels ont un texte dans une langue qui ne convient pas. Ceci aidera un autre traducteur, et cest avec ce moyen de fonctionnalit que nous sommes diffrents des autres agences de traductions.
