Location for a no smoking woman (I am a woman)
Bedroom of about 15m in apartment of 50m at Ivry-sur-Seine in the city center (City Near Paris at 10 minutes with RER from Notre-Dame).
I am located at 2 minutes from the RER station, and 5 minutes from the tube station (Mairie D'Ivry)
The flat is very quiet and good looking with a big and very confortable garden (170m)
In the bedroom there are a bed, an office, the wifi connexion (Internet)
Bathroom and kitcheen are in common
600 euros per month all charges includes : water, electricity, gaz and internet (only with wifi).
Available from the 1st of june for three monthes
