A sunny room(20m2) with a TV and wireless internet (WIFI), in a house with a garden, separate entrance. In a safe, quiet neighbourhood, 6 min. on a train from Gare de Lyon. Kitchen and bathroom shared with three other persons: 2 students (a couple), and a charming French lady called Lisa. She is lots of fun! and happens to be the houseowner. They are French and friendly and speak English. The room is available starting now.

Price: 600/month. Utilities included (also WIFI and free use of tel. for local calls).
