i'm looking for an apartment or studio in paris. that's what i need:
- min 3 people
- 1 year available from septembre/octobre 2009
- maximum price per person 250/300 per month (so for 4 people could be 1000€ total)
- lift if more than 4th floor
- possibly waching machine and wifi (internet connection anyway)
- furnished
