I'm not completely sure the strategy against isis work and the reaction of the west is 99% secure so there's a differential between what is said and what is happening. I need a few answers so i will mail some governments. I know this sounds like James bond but the west would be shocked with some new victim. I only want to live like fine without some war in the news. I want to go to museum enjoy art. Once this conflict is over i would have my break and move forward to some new chapter.
