Lonliness Is A Step Towards Killing Your Health

Lonliness is a step towards killing your health Posted 20 November 2008
Lonely people twice more often suffer from cardiovascular diseases as against to those with families. Severe angina and heart attacks prefer to appear at lonely old men and women.
It was established that 646 men and women (out of 921 researched) died due to two reasons: age and loneliness. One third of the researched women were above 60 and were alone. Two thirds of the researched men were lonely and older than 50. As scientists concluded, the decease was caused not by the loneliness itself, it was caused foremost by the way of carried on unhealthy and indifferent life. When one is alone, he doesn't care what others think. Thereby his life can become a total disaster, and with time it may kill them...
That's why, people, please, love each other and never forget your friends and relatives. YOU"RE NOT ALONE!

A lonley person experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation.Sometimes people feel loneliness even if they are in the crowd, even if they are in the midst of thousands of people.By doing yoga, Pranayam and meditation, you will not have time to feel lonely. You gain stregnth physically and mentally. Try yoga classes and be alive.
