We are looking to buy an appartment in Paris, and are grateful for any tips / info regarding :
- mortgage (for UK based businesses)
- rough idea about fees / timescale / documents required
Also, I read that there are rules regarding letting our your property straight after purchasing, especially short term lets are frowned upon. Has anyone got experience with this?
