Mrs. Briony Laberthonnière, founder of Pret-A-Rever Paris and member of the British Sugar Craft guild will teach you how to decorate and transform cakes into works of art.
During this half-day class you will:
• Learn how to perfectly cover round cakes with sugarpaste
• Learn Cake Decorating skills working with sugarpaste
• Learn Modelling skills with sugar paste and basic piping skills with royal icing.
All in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
