About the instructor:
I was introduced to Pilates through classical and modern dance training, and was certified at the Kane School of Core Integration in New York City. In addition to modern dance and Yoga, my Pilates teaching is greatly influenced by other modes of bodywork, including the Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering, and Feldenkrais. A strong, calm, and elegant body/mind/spirit is the core of my teaching; I encourage you to take advantage!
