I think the amount of fun a person has is more based on their personality, what they find amusing and their uninhibited state to do whatever they find pleasing instead of their hair color.

true...it's just a saying that blonds girls have more fun because it's a basic stereotype. no one group of people can be labeled as "anything" in general because everyone is uniquely different in their own ways.

I'll tell you a joke about blonds:
A car was driven at high speed by a blond, next to her was sitting a friend of her, another blond. A cop noticed the fast speed of that car and stopped it. He approached and said:
