The Customer service department takes care of all aspects of the site’s user community. In this context, we are looking for a customer service agent/editor for the UK site.
Main tasks:
- Writing and translating content in English (help section,…)
- Answering user’s questions
- Supervising conflicts between customers
- Moderation
Profile:
- Excellent command of the English language (being English is a plus)
- Confirmed writing skills, experience required (writing/translation)
- Intermediate/Good level of written French
- Customer service orientated
- Logical minded
- Organised
