Customer Service
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails.
- Keeping track of reservations
- Following-up and completing sales
- Handling partnership requests.
Event Planning Coordination
-Understanding corporate and individual clientsneeds
-Selecting relevant venues, partners, staff and suppliers
-Designing quotes and completing sales
Admin work
- Keeping tracks of sales
- Invoicing
- Ordering wine and managing logistics
