POSHGLAM, a full-service public relations company that caters to the fashion, philanthropic and beauty industries, is looking for an International Account Executive with at least 10 years of agency experience under their belt.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Proactively prospecting and qualifying potential new advertising accounts
Cultivating new business contacts
Identifying business opportunities and meeting with decision makers to obtain customer commitment and facilitate delivery of product
Achieving quarterly revenue targets
Effectively measuring ROI and other controls on media
Constructing a comprehensive media plan and sticking to it
Working in business development and ability to collaborate with the rest of the team around the globe
Requirements and Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in local, national and international internet advertising sales focusing on the women's lifestyle, fashion and beauty markets.
You must have a clear understanding of the online advertising industry and existing relationships with media planners, buyers and interactive agencies.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Flawless written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation, time-management and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of MS Windows, MS Office, MS Internet Explorer and MS Outlook.
MBA degree or equivalent working experience required.
