Anyone who has visited hotel Hibiscus, Rue Malte in Paris? Comments?

coming to Paris...

I know hotel Hibiscus only from the outside; it is rue Malte close to Republique and Le Marais and it looks very bad; I have never slept there but I would never enter such an hotel in my life. You should also check the reviews on tripadvisor. It doesn't look good at all. Why did you choose this hotel?
Similar budget hotel are Hotel Armstrong Paris, in the 20th, very good, modern, basic hotel; excellent service and as I said before the manager is english.
Another choise is Hotel Home Latin, next to Sorbonne 2 star hotel, incredible location in the most historical area of Paris, square Cluny, Notre Dame, Sorbonne, Saint Michel, Saint Germain. Check both.

I've heard about this hotel. I think it's good.
