Going in October with my better half, been to Eiffel tower, notre dame, saceor couer, louvre, napolean monumnet, where else to take her?

Brugge, Belgium, is several hours away by auto and worth every minute of driving time. There are also quite a few tours that will take you there where you'll get to enjoy at least 3 or 4 hours in this spectular medieval city. It was one of the highlights of our recent trip.
As someone else also mentioned, Mont st. Michel is also breathtaking though if I remember correctly, the drive is a bit longer.
