Studio Oberkampf (Paris 11th Arrondissement) ideal for individual or couple.
LOCATION:
Close to the lively Rue Oberkampf (Bar, Restaurant) and Pere Lachaise cemetery (Jim Morrison and Oscar Wilde's grave). 15 min by Walk to Belleville area (Vietnam, Chinese, Thai restaurant). This apartement is located on the 6th floor with lift and gives on east west side. Therefore quite clear and quiet.

Nearest Metro: Between RUE SAINT-MAUR (line 3) 15 min to Opera, heart of Paris and MENILMONTANT (line 2) 15 min to Gare du Nord or Nation.
Bus line 96, Crosses Paris from North to South and pass by (Le Marais, Saint-Paul, Hotel de ville, Montparnasse)

APARTMENT
25 sqm studio apartment giving on quiet courtyard, Pleasant and Attractive view on Menilmontant church and area.
-Main room: A single bed, sofa bed for 2 persons (pillow, blanket and sheets are provided), large cupboard, small cupboard, small table, kitchen table with 4 chairs, high speed access to Internet with associated TV and telephone services (supplier : Free). Kitchen corner furnished with a refrigerator, electrical burners, sink, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and tableware.
-Shower room with toilet and Washing machine.

Rate: €300 per week + one week's deposit in advance, €500 per 2 weeks + 2 weeks deposit, €700 per 3 weeks + 3 weeks deposit, €900 per month + 1 month deposit in advance.

We speak English, French, Chinese and some Spanish.

Please note that we are already fully booked until August 23rd, available for September, October and long time.

Thanks for the ad Lefil! There are quite a few members here in the forum who are constantly asking for a cheap place to rent in Paris. And you have quite a good place there, modest but it sounds like a comfortable and accessible place to stay..
