Hi eXtremal,here is some interesting information about where to roller skate in Paris:

The association Mobile en ville organises the famous "Friday Night Fever" every Friday evening (participants meet at 22.00, experienced level)

All year round: the Mouffetard district (5th arrondissement), the Quais de Valmy and the Quais de Jemmapes around the Saint-Martin canal, between Rue Louis-Blanc and Rue de la Grange-aux-Belles (10th), around the Mairie of the 14th arrondissement (from 14.00 to 18.00), the Quai de la Loire and the Quai de la Marne, along Bassin de la Villette and Canal de l’Ourcq (19th).

i agree with xXx on his reply.. the best place to skate is Paris itself! what's great about Paris is that they have special bike lanes and im pretty sure roller skaters are welcome to share tha lane as well! haha! but if you really want to join other skaters, there's a year round night time skating event every Fridays at 10 pm, the starting point is at Place d'Italie. it's open for all skaters so im sure you can find some good company there!
