Lovely studio (24m2) on the 6th floor (no elevator), very calm and bright.
It is located in the heart of St Germain des Prs and St Sulpice (6th district) ; near all facilities and touristic areas.
It is fully equiped and furnished (kitchen and bathroom included).
HIgh Speed Wireless Internet connection, Telephone and TV
The studio can sleep two people but one person is prefered.
NO pet and no smoking
I'm looking for a quiet and respectful person.
Price: 800 euros/ month ; 1400 euros/6 weeks for one person (150 euros extra for two people)
