Lovely studio (24m2) on the 6th floor (no elevator), very calm ( on the courtyard) and bright. SUNNY AND PEACEFUL!
It is located in the heart of St Germain des Prs and St Sulpice (6th district) ; near all facilities and touristic areas. PERFECT LOCATION!
It is fully equiped and furnished (kitchen and bathroom included). All linens provided.
HIgh Speed Wireless Internet connection, Telephone and TV.
The studio can sleep two persons.
NO pet and no smoking
I'm looking for a quiet and respectful person.
Price: 800 euros/ month ; 1300 euros/6 weeks for one person; 550 euros/2 weeks (100 euros extra for two people)
