We need someone starting in August. It's near metro LOURMEL on the 8th line

We are two French students (22 y.o) and a young student girl (20) living in a nice, quiet and bright flat in the 15th district. The flat has a kitchen with appliances, a big living room with TV and sound system, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cloakroom, lots of storage space in the corridor, a balcony, a cellar...There is a king-size convertible sleeper in the living room. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen and living room, through the big windows... Rent includes electricity bill, broadband wi-fi, unlimited phone calls to Europe (UK included) and the States, heating, warm water, bed linen etc. There is also a washing machine. The flat is quiet since it is situated above a courtyard. Metro Lourmel is 25 minutes away from the very centre of Paris( saint michel, saint lazare, montparnasse etc). We are looking for an English-speaking student, eager to meet new people, enjoy friendly meals together from time to time, have fun! We party at week-ends but we do tend to keep it relatively quiet during the week since we all work... But there are some exceptions too!! Anyway, write us an email for more information!
