Furnished studio near pedestrian market street and metro Marx Dormoy (line 12). It's on the ground floor in a quiet courtyard with flowers and direct sunlight. Has equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC and shower. There is a double bed in mezzanine, good storage space. Available July 15. Minimum stay: end of August. Maximum: indefinite Tel: 06 30 60 76 45
