Available August 1st to September 1st, studio 18m2, with bathroom with bathtub, basin, electric cooking room in the room where you can cook something.Itsn't a real kitchenette .Toilets in the hall(To share with one person) (maybe none in August).6th floor walk up.Nice and safe area , near mtro "Corvisart".Bright and sunny (when there is!) visits until Saturday 14.Thanks.Call me , I don't have internet access but if you have a ladtop ther's a caf with wifi down below.Deposit required:200 euros plus a deposit of 20 euros for your extra consumption of electricity (in the rent is included 25 euros of electricity, when you take the rent we write the last consumption and make the difference when you leave and usually it isn't that much).6th floor walk up.Tel: 06.80.94.76.25.Price of August:420e.for one person.If two: 450.
