Close to Svres-Babylone, rue de Svres, rue de Rennes, Charming furnished studio, 5th floor with lift, view, sunny, good condition, bathroom with bathtub, separated kitchen, ( no washing-machine) wood floor, regular bed 140, individual electrical heating.
No short term!
