Available from 15th July to End September.
I prefer to rent my appartment for mainly the full period.
Walking distance from Champs Elyses, Concorde and Opra. 6 lines of Metro and 12 lines of bus (+4 night lines) : very practical !
Cosy studio 20 meter square (with 1 double bed) with bathroom (shower) and open plan kitchen (fully equiped).
Fully restored one year ago. Border floor. Firework. 18th century courtyard.
Fan on the ceiling for hot summer time (like old times hotel).
No internet connection, no washing machine (however you can find both 5 minutes walk distance) and no elevator (however 3th floor only).
Very bright, typical parisian neighbourhood, Best wine ceilar (Aug), Best bakery (Kayser), Supermarket open till midnight (Daily Monop).
Perfect place for a nice stay in Paris.
