1 room in 3 room (2 bedrooms + living room + separate kitchen + separate bathroom = 60 square meters) apartment to rent for the summer. available immediately, till end of august-mid september.
the other roomate, a french guy and a friend of mine, has just moved in and the place is being furnished.
very convenient location, near Bibliotheque nationale de France, le Batofar (club on the Seine), and other newly created bars. RER C and metro 14 will take you to all the important places (chatelet, st michel) in less than 10 minutes.
the apartment itself is very calm as it gives onto a large courtyard, so no traffic noise.
