one bedroom , one living room and a dressing room . 38 squarre meters. Second floor .100 meters from the "buttes chaumont " park . The apt faces a small streetwith a yard on one side and a yard on the other side, it's very quiet.The building is renovated and has a double coded door.
Line 7 bis Botzaris or line 11 jourdain . 20 min from the center " les halles "and 15 min from " canal st martin "
Totally furnished apt .
Living room with a sofa bed , table , chairs , television , high speed wireless internet , cable.
Bedroom with a queen size bed , closet.
Dressing room with a huge closet , desk and printer .
Kitchen with washing machine , dishes , micro oven , oven ...
Bathroom with shower.
Every room has a window and wood floor ( exept kitchen and bathroom )
All utilities ( gaz , electricity , water , high speed internet and telephone, building fees) are around 250 euros a month
