4rth and top floor, carpet, small kitchen (open on livingroom) and bathroom (shower)
no internet, no laundry
Maxi for 2 people, no pets
Metro: Les Halles, Etienne Marcel, Reaumur Sebastopol
10 minutes walk from the river, museums Le Louvre, Beaubourg, Picasso
750 euros + 100 euros of utilities (electricity, water, insurance...) = 850 euros a month
+ 400 euros deposit
