Renowned international company specialising in the outsourcing of mail, reprographics and fax services for large corporate clients, is currently seeking a Bilingual Account Manager for an important client in Paris.

Job Description:
Based on the client's site, and reporting to the Senior Account Manager in the UK, you will be responsible for managing the production team (composed of 2 mailroom executives and 2 reprographics executives), and ensuring that an efficient, productive and customer focused service is provided at all times. You will be in charge of managing the departmental budget and reviewing contract cost-effectiveness, and will be expected to compile and analyse statistics for management reporting. You will also be expected to actively review the equipment and technology market places, identifying possible applications, and assessing and producing recommendations for the client. As Manager, you will oversee the productivity of all service areas and will monitor performance, identifying training needs as and when appropriate.

Requirements:
With previous experience of managing repro/mail/fax services (ideally in a law firm), you have excellent technical skills in the field of reprographics, and have already managed a team.
You speak fluent English and French and have experience working in bilingual/bicultural environments.

35000 - 45000€
