Furnished room for rent in a 2 Bdr apt, available from June 2nd or 3rd, only for short term (3 months max)
It's 600 euro per month, all charges included
fully equiped kitchen, washing machine
no internet access but you can easily subscribe a wifi connexion (plus web caf right in the street)
it's located in Belleville area (rue de l'Equerre, Paris 75019)
it's a nice area with subway and bus stations, markets and shops nearby
the closest subway station is only two minutes walk
10 minutes by subway to the very center of Paris
1/3 of the first month due in advance for booking the room
