big studio of 38 msq furnished and totally equipped (washer, dry linen, microwave, patches, dishes, cable internet), American kitchen, bathromm, fireplace and floor-tiles.
Very well place in THE trendy street of bastille roquette, paris 11 next to 4th and 3th districts, near the new opera house
and place des vosges but in a peacefull, paved and flowery privative alley very quiet. Building is safe with a security door code. Subway stop Bastille line 1, 5 and 8 are 5 mins away.
It is the ideal for a young worker or a couple or a foreign student who wishes to be very close to bars, clubs, trendy places but to live in a peacefull flat and building.
